Teletal
The service includes a mediator who interprets a difficult understandable speech, interprets or gives support by elucidating, mentally supporting or helping with the notes during the phone conversation. All the client have to do is to call the phone number 020-22 11 44.
One of the mediators working on Teletal is answering the phone and prepares the phone conversation together with the client.
The mediator is making the call and includes in conversation the third person explaining why they are going to assist during the phone conversation.
The mediator's role in the phone conversation is to support the client. If it is needed he/she is even doing notes. The notes can be translated even in Braille.
When all the issues were discussed the third person is disconnected and the mediator with the client is finishing the conversation.
